Today Jenny from the JCC here in Houston posted this link to an article. I thought it was interesting and hoes drive home some fundamentals of supporting a vibrant local food economy. The Barry farm started with a handful of Kosher Jews that ha the guts to demand something better and the foresight to see this project through. We are forever grateful and connected with them.
