Then get pigs. Responsible farms partner with animals not just profit from them. These 4 red wattle barrows are tilling under the pecans for us. Breaking up compacted clay, adding organic matter and fertilizing the trees. Oh and they also grow bacon…..the best bacon to be precise

  1. Yeaaahhhh … er, we live on Hawaii Island where feral pigs are a big problem. They do such a good job ’tilling,’ they destroy landscapes! But yes, they sure do their job well! And bacon … (Homer Simpson drooly noise). 😉

    • Here in the city feral hogs make the news very often for tearing up master planned communities. They are required to keep the landscaping uniform and cost a lot to replace. I have solutions for this but it is not popular and includes sausage 🙂

      • That’s one thing you won’t get an argument about here! Gunshots going off in residential communities and nobody blinks an eye!
